Altenkirch again awarded several medals at 2011 international wine challenges 

Like every year Altenkirch wines were awarded many of the much sought-after medals at the 2011 international wine shows IWC London and Decanter World Wine Awards. 2009 Grauschiefer Riesling won an IWC Gold Medal, while 2009 Schlossberg was awarded a Silver Medal. 2009 Quarzschiefer won silver at both IWC and Decanter World Wine Awards.
